Poppy: Hi, I'm Poppy.
Did you miss me?
Did you miss me when I was far away?
Do you like when I speak to you this closely?
I like talking to you like this.
So many people have messaged me about my new album 3:36.
An album of ambient music that I designed to help people sleep.
As many of you know, I'm a very serious artist.
My true passion is making ambient music.
You may have noticed some of these songs in the videos I make on YouTube.com.
YouTube was purchased by Google for 1.65 billion dollars.
I was able to make an album that was specifically designed to encourage deep sleep.
It also helps you have healthy dreams.
A portion of the proceeds of this album go directly to people who have sleep apnea.
Many people suffer from this terrible disease.
We spend half of our lives sleeping, and I would like nothing more than a feeling of a good night's rest.
That's why I made this album.
I hope you'll enjoy the first album aimed at helping people sleep peacefully through the night.
Charlotte: Poppy, please come back.
Trivia[]
- Poppy incorrectly calls sleep apnea a "disease" when it is in fact a disorder. While it is unknown if this was intentional, it could possibly be satirical.
